What a difference a thought makes! Swimming through the stresses of life.
When things get tough, some people “swim” and others “nearly sink.” People who are able to “swim” through difficult times are more resilient. They “bounce back” from stressful experiences.
Through interactive activities and group discussion students will gain an understanding of:
- What it means to be resilient?
- Information about “thinking habits” and how they help or hinder a person’s ability to effectively deal with stress.
- Strategies to be resilient under pressure
