SESAT Bake Sale: Donations Needed

The 17th Annual SESAT/ESA Craft Fair, Silent Auction and Bake Sale will be held on November 23, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

We need donations of baked goods (either home made or high quality purchased items) which can be dropped off at the school any time on Friday, November 22nd.  Items dropped off during school hours can be taken to the main office and items dropped off after hours should be delivered to the cafeteria, between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. If you are unable to deliver your items on Friday, you may bring them to the cafeteria on Saturday morning. You can either package your baked goods yourself, or we will do it for you!  Please label your items to identify what they are, and also put your name and/or your student’s name on any containers you would like returned.

Students who bake items to donate to the sale are entitled to claim volunteer hours for their time.

Volunteers are also needed to wrap baked goods on Friday evening between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and at the sale on Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
