Congratulations to everyone who participated in this year’s Poetry in Voice Recitation Competition: students, staff and parents and friends who supported our budding poets. Thank you also to the judges who contributed their valuable time today as well.
What a wonderful finish to the classroom rounds today in the Auditorium. The quality of the performances today was extraordinary. The judging was very close. Everyone was a winner.
Unfortunately we only get to send two students on to the semi-finals, vying for a place at the National Finals in Vancouver, B.C.

Michelle and Ian will be video-taping their recitations on Wednesday for us to be able to upload to the Poetry in Voice semi-finals on Thursday.
