Third attempted child luring incident reported in Bloor West Village area

Summary: Parents and guardians are being warned about four men allegedly attempting to lure young girls into their truck in the Bloor West Village area, as police investigate the third reported incident of the past week. Runnymede Public School wrote to parents Wednesday about an incident on Tuesday afternoon, in which five teenage girls were walking on Evelyn Cres. when they were approached by a white truck with four men inside. One man asked the girls to enter the truck, but they were able to return to the school and tell staff. Police were called immediately.
