Our morning outing to today’s taping of CBC Books flagship programme, Canada Reads – the 2016 version – was PHENOMENAL.
- We were small in number, but large in our enthusiasm.
- Teachers, students, parents and friends, we especially enjoyed having TL Pam Evans and some of her literature circle students from Western Tech join us on our adventure.
Even I – who never has her photo taken!!! – allowed myself a photo opp with Vinay Virmani, who is more than capably defending my pick to win, The Hero’s Walk by Anita Rau Badami.
