The Craft Fair & Silent Auction is Coming….and we could use your help to make it a real success!
We depend on the energy of ESA Parents and Guardians to ensure we can host this event in a way that it keeps vendors and community participants coming back year after year.
We are looking for individuals to participate in 1 or more of the following capacities.
Bakers – If you have a knack for it and wish to donate your time and yummy treats, we are looking for volunteers to make and drop off baked goods that we can sell at the Bake Sale Table. Items can be dropped off during the day or evening of November 18th in the Main Office or Cafeteria. They can be pre-packed or in bulk. Always looking for holiday cookies, tarts and cupcakes.
Bake Sale Wrappers – On Friday November 18th from 6-9pm, we will be wrapping all the donated treats in the Cafeteria.
Bake Sale Representatives – On Saturday November 19th, anytime from 8am – 3pm, we require people to sell the baked goods. For more details about the responsibilities, click here> bake-sale-representatives
Food Court Representatives – On Saturday November 19th, anytime from 11am- 3pm, we require people to prepare, serve and sell the many food items that we will have available. For more details about the responsibilities, click here>food-court-representatives
Food Court Travelling Tuck Cart – On Saturday November 19th between 11-2pm, we require 2 individuals to wander the halls for a travelling concession cart, selling drinks and food items to our vendors and patrons.
Gift Wrappers – On Wednesday November 16th, between 6-9pm, we will assemble gift baskets for the Silent Auction and require helpers to do that. Other tasks that take place that evening include: creating bid sheets, display frames and labeling items.
Silent Auction Monitors – On Saturday November 19th, from 10am-3pm, we require individuals to monitor that silent auction tables, bids and cash out purchases.
Parking/Vendor Support – On Saturday November 19th, anytime from 8am- 10am and 2:30-4pm, we require team members to assist our vendors getting in/out of the parking lot as well as unloading and loading their gear.
