March 8th marks the third annual Turn off Your Sites 24 Hour Challenge. An opportunity to consciously turn off social media for 24 hours. There is no doubt the overuse of social media has been creating more stress amongst our teenagers and adults alike.
This year in support of the initiative, on Tuesday March 7th there will be a “mini film fest” by the film department at lunch in the Mini theatre. It will feature short films created by some of our many talented ESA filmmakers. All students are welcome and it’s free.
The Library will be a tech free zone on Wednesday at lunch, full of games, fun and relaxation. Something for everyone.
Please join us by signing up at lunch in the foyer, at the film fest or student services anytime. Your name will be placed on a growing tree in the foyer as well as qualify for some fun prizes.
Thank you to everyone.
