Parents from the ESA Music program met Wednesday evening (November 13, 2019) to discuss TDSB funding announcements and the impact on ESA’s music program. Music Department Head Derek Freeman and Principal Grant Fawthrop were present to answer questions about the significant budget shortfall, specifically as it relates to contracting visiting artists.
In response, parents in attendance formed an ad hoc committee to explore fundraising needs and next steps.
