ESA has been granted the equivalent of a full time teacher to help us to address some very large class sizes. This is great news for the school (smaller class sizes and new classes that will allow others to be removed from waiting lists), but it also means that there will be some disruption to student and teacher timetables. Many students, especially those in grades 9 and 10, will see a change as we try to ‘even-out’ the classes (e.g. a class with 35 students may have 5 or more students taken out of it in order to help form a new class) .
Teachers and Department Heads have been informed and we are hoping to have all students informed as soon as possible. Our goal for the implementation of the new timetables is Tuesday, October 11th.
