On January 18 two ESA students and their friend from Rosedale Heights competed in the Battle of the Bands. Their band, The Hunch, won first place against a very strong field of 20 other bands. For winning, The Hunch will be having two of their songs professionally recorded in March. Band members are:
Reid Miller – Singer, SongWriter, Bass, and Synth. – ESA Grade 10
Sean Hackl – Lead Guitar, Backup Singer, SongWriter – Rosedale Grade 10
Toma Jafry – Drums – ESA Grade 9
