DATA VERIFICATION FORMS need to be completed!
Everyone needs to pick up, revise and return their data verification forms, as well as the rest of “stuff” that needs to be filled out each year.
- If you were in my (Ms. Wray’s) HomeForm on the first day of classes, September 8th, I have your paperwork.
- If you have been moved into my HomeForm on account of a timetable change since Sept 8th, you need to see your original Home Form teacher to pick up your paperwork.
- Date Verification, and other, Forms were supposed to have been returned by today, Friday September 18th.
- It is critical that the school have the correct information for each of you… please see Ms. Wray in the Library ASAP.
ALSO… Everyone who is known to me to be a member of my HomeForm has been invited to join our HomeForm Google Classroom. Please check your TDSB Student e-mail for an invitation to join the Classroom. Any time we have HomeForm “stuff” to communicate, messages will go out through the Google Classroom.
- If you have recently been moved into the Library HomeForm, please drop by and let’s get you added to the Google Classroom.
