Mindfulness Sessions Continue This Spring at ESA

Start the Spring Season off with greater calm and peace through Mindfulness every Tuesday in the library seminar room!

Staff session – 8:15-8:35 am    

Student session – 11:35-12 pm  (staff welcome if they are unable to attend morning)

Experience the benefits of guided breathing, relaxation techniques, and mindful awareness.

Sessions are led by Trish Drynan through the Tools for All Teens program being offered at ESA.   https://toolsforallteens.com/
