The sessions run on Tuesdays, beginning January 13, 2015 in the Library seminar room.
Staff session – 8:15-8:35 am
Student session – 11:35-12 pm (Staff welcome if they are unable to attend morning)
Experience the benefits of guided breathing, relaxation techniques, and mindful awareness.
