We are looking forward to our annual pre-Portfolio Day meeting, to be held on Thursday October 10th at 7pm in the library.
All students and parents in the Contemporary Art, Film, and Photography programs in any grade are welcome to join us.
Glenn Novak and I will be explaining the process from this point in the year until the moment of accepting post-secondary offers in April, which includes all of the responsibilities and aspects of Portfolio Day itself, applying to portfolio based post-secondary programs, effectively pursuing scholarship opportunities, considerations when deciding which program and schools to apply to and choose, relationships with admissions offices and departments, visiting university campuses, feedback from graduates, how to track and organise the process, etc.
We will also be going over volunteer opportunities and needs for PDX November 1, and sharing information on how we can make use of your help and support.
