ESA has a long standing – and very successful – relationship with the Poetry in Voice National Recitation Competition.

All of the general information you need to know about this event may be found in this shared Google Doc.

We will be holding two in-school finals:

  • National Competition Stream: Tuesday February 14th, after school in the Library
  • Team Regional Stream: Tuesday February 28th, after school in the Library

In addition to the above, ESA is pleased to announce that we will be hosting the first ever Live GTA Regional Team Finals here in our newly renovated auditorium.

Save the Date!  Tuesday March 28th @ 9am.

  • All are welcome to attend.
  • Additional details – re reserving seats, etc. – will be available via ESAInfo closer to the date.

If you are a student, and your English class is NOT running an in-class competition, please plan to attend a brief meeting – in the Library – at the start of lunch on Thursday December 22nd.
