Relax with Mindfulness

To all ESA staff and students, Mindfulness workshops continue every Tuesday in the Library Seminar Room! 

Staff session – 8:10-8:35 am    

Student session – 11:35-12 pm  (staff welcome if they are unable to attend morning)

Experience the benefits of guided breathing, relaxation techniques, and mindful awareness.  This is a powerful technique to bring calm to your day.
