Mindfulness workshops are being presented to staff and students:

Every Tuesday for 20-25 minutes, October 21 – December 2
Teachers: 8:15am – 8:35 am (Library Seminar Room)
Students: Lunch, 11:30 -11:50 am (Library Seminar Room)

Facilitated by: Trish Drynan (Tools for All Teens)
Staff Sponsor: Ms. Meherali (Student Services)
