Supporters of ESA Talent (SESAT) is made up of parent and community volunteers that fundraises solely for the Arts Education Programs at ESA. Funds raised by SESAT are distributed equally to each of the six art majors. As students graduate, so do parent volunteers and therefore SESAT is looking to fill some vacant positions for its Executive Council and various committees for 2020/2021.
Annual elections for the following positions will be held at the beginning of the 2020/2021 school year.
SESAT President – Set and host meetings for the year. Bring forward any communications, suggestions and fundraising ideas. Communicate with ESA Administration and Staff. Post on ESA info.
SESAT Vice-President – Assist the President
SESAT also oversees many committees and although the positions under these committees are not elected, it is important that they are filled for continuity. The following positions are available:
Silent Auction Co-ordinator – Lead a team of volunteers to solicit donations, prepare donations and bid sheets, setup event, process payments, follow-up with winners after the event.
Bake Sale Co-ordinator – Lead a team of volunteers to solicit baking donations and package baked goods, setup/cleanup at the event, manage cash payments.
Snack Shack Co-ordinator – With the help of other volunteers, purchase and prepare food to sell, manage cash and online payments, setup/cleanup.
Concession Supplier – Shop for food and drink that are sold at concessions prior to events.
Volunteer Co-ordinator – Organize and communicate with volunteers throughout the year.
