All Silent Auction winners will be contacted no later than the end of day, November 18th. Successful bidders can pick up their item(s) at any one of the following dates and times:
November 19th & November 20th (Library) 8:00am to 8:45am & 2:30pm to 4:00pm
November 21st & November 22nd (Outside Auditorium) 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Any item unclaimed by December 1, 2019, without prior arrangements, will be sold or reserved for future auction and all proceeds will go to SESAT.
